Multi-trade CarpenterPermanent £16.00 p/hour = £33,280k per year + Overtime WolverhamptonWe are looking for an experienced Multi-trade Carpenter to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis who has a background in the maintenance of commercial properties. This role will be working throughout the West Midlands, predominatelyWolverhampton.As a Multi-trade Carpenter your duties will include:• Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance of Commercial Buildings• Carrying out repairs to the Fabric of a building including but not limited to: hanging doors, skirting boards, repairing of walls, window framing• Basic plumbing, patch plastering• Working within a team or individually As a Multi-trade Carpenter you will need:• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings• Valid CSCS Card • Asbestos Awareness – desirable • Full Clean UK Driving Licence• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role• NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade• IT literate• High standard of work• Good communicatorThe successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pensioncontribution.
