Job Description

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work at one of the largest food manufacturing plants in the UK. Our client is expanding, and they need an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work the night shift.Do you have experience as Maintenance Engineer Our client is looking for an electrically biased engineer to join a friendly, fast paced, and busy environment. Duties of the Maintenance Engineer include:You will be required to carry out planned maintenance and breakdown cover on Mixers, Blowers and Vacuum pumps. Other duties may include.
  • Working with a variety of packing machines (Open bag mouth fillers and VFFS).
  • Checking, repairing, and servicing machinery.
  • Undertaking scheduled maintenance.
  • Carry out required project work.
  • Ability to work on their own, as well as part of a team.
Requirements include:
  • Ideally City & Guilds Electrical installations Part 1 & 2.
  • Hold a 70/30 Electrical to Mechanical split.
  • Experience working in FCMG or Food Manufacturing.
