Are you a passionate HR Manager who wants to make a difference in an established growing businessIf so, Reed HR have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading provider of Mechanical & Electrical Services based in Wolverhampton. As the HR Manager, you will lead a small but dedicated HR team in delivering a first-class HR service across the company.You will also partner with key stakeholders and senior management to support the further growth and success of the company.Location: WolverhamptonSalary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annumHours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Hybrid working available after 6 months.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Building strong and effective relationships at all levels throughout the business and supporting managers in ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management.• Supporting and continually improving recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes to provide the best experience for our new employees.• Management of employee relations issues such as Disciplinaries and grievances• Leading and contributing to wider HR projects in support of business objectives, such as succession planning, workforce planning, retention, reward, and recognition.• Assess training needs and monitor training plans.• Partnering with colleagues in driving forward and delivering the strategic and operational objectives of the company.• Defining and implementing initiatives in support of ongoing employee engagement, health & wellbeing and reward and recognition schemes.• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law and best practice.• Providing regular board and management reporting and support with internal and external audits, benefit renewals, and annual government reports.REQUIREMENTS:• CIPD qualification, Level 5 or above.• Strong generalist HR experience in a dynamic working environment and proven track record of leading a team.• A natural ‘people’ person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Highly driven and motivated with a positive, engaging and approachable manner.• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law in all aspects of people management.• Extensive experience in handling complex employee relations issues and providing coaching and guidance to managers.• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.If you are interested in this role, please apply with your updated CV.
