We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing personalized academic support. If you have experience working with children, possessstrong communication skills, and are passionate about education, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one sessions to students- Assess students academic needs and develop customized lesson plans- Help students improve their understanding of various subjects, but generally maths, English, science and/or Functional Skills- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage and motivate studentsQualifications- Previous tutoring experience is preferred, especially in special education or related fields- Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students- Patience and empathy when working with students who may be struggling academically- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students livesIf you are enthusiastic about helping students succeed academically and are committed to providing quality education support, we would love to hear from you.
