Job Description

Role: Health, Safety & Environment ManagerLocation: Wolverhampton Salary: £45,000-£50,000Industry: Manufacturing Are you an experienced Health, Safety and Environment ManagerAre you actively searching for a role to join a leading, growing company within the manufacturing industryDo you have experience working on multiple sitesThen I want to talk to you!I am currently supporting a leading business within the manufacturing industry, who due to expansion are looking or an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This company have an exceptional culture and are leaders within their market.Package details: - £45,000-£50,000 (Dependent on level of experience)- 26 days holiday + Bank holiday- Company pension- Free car parking- Great working environmentRole Detail: - This role would be part of the senior management team, and would have 6 direct reports.- Support on the health and safety for the 3 different sites in the group.- Rewrite and develop risk assessments.- Complete internal audits on the shop floor.- Work in compliance to ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.- Communicate with senior management, creating new ideas.- Support the team within training and support.- Setting goals, objectives and would be responsible to legal compliance.Required Skills & Experience- NEBOSH, Level 6 qualified- Must hold an environmental qualification.- Experience working in a manufacturing industry.- Experienced managing a team.- Experience within multi-site work.- Ability to build relationships effectively.- Experienced in leading internal audits- Experienced working to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.To Contact Direct:Mary KennedySenior Recruitment consultantAt Aspion, our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration.
