Facilities Management Supervisor/ManagerNew Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton40 hours a week - On call will be requiredOur client is the leading service provider of Managed Equipment Services (MES) for the NHS and the Private Healt Sector in the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager/Supervisor to manage their FM team at their Wolverhamptonsite.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading FM teams and all aspects associated to the management of a site-based FM service. You will have an electrical background and be trained to a City and Guilds standard with 18th Edition and 2391preferred and be familiar with the current electrical regulations applicable to the work undertaken within a healthcare facility.Purpose of the RoleThey will be responsible for managing all aspects of the FM activities within the building, ranging from, but not limited to, reactive and planned maintenance (planning and participation), through to supporting variations, changes, and projects.The FM lead may also be asked to advise on FM related activity on other MES sites as needed.
