Job Description

My client is a UK based Textile Manufacturer with a huge European customer base who recruiting for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their successful and growing team looking after one of their biggest customers!The role will sit within their B2B Customer Service Account Manager team

  • Salary £23K
  • Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5om and Friday is 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • 23 days plus bank holiday and pension plan included
The daily responsible are:
  • Managing a large retail account - value approx £100K orders
  • Processing orders from portal and sending customer acknowledgements
  • Building the customer relationship and attending to all customer needs
  • Communication with customer at all times
  • Liaising with production and various departments in relation to customer orders / needs
  • Issuing refunds / returns / exchanges
  • Updating the customer account
  • working closely with the external Account Manager
