Role: Assembly & Test Technician Location: Wolverhampton Type: FTC 12 MonthsMy client is a market leading Aerospace manufacturer based out of Wolverhampton. They are seeking an Assembly and Test Technician to join their state of the art facility on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity to join a fantastic business at the forefront of their industry. Job Description The successful Assembly and Test Technician will be Working as part of a small team within a repair station environment your role will be to carry out incoming fault finding / Teardown/ Assembly and Test on customer owned returned flight critical Hydraulic Actuators Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the assembling and testing valves and actuators from parts to final inspection Must possess good fault finding/problem solving skills in order to rectify test failures and aftermarket failures Carry out various assembly and test operations and perform clean, strip and flow matching duties Previous assembly and test experience in an aerospace or equivalent (close tolerance and complex components Mechanical and Hydraulic assembly/test experience would be ideal The role is remunerated with a competitive salary complimented with a comprehensive benefits package.
