Logistics People are looking for a Booking Clerk to join our team.Location: WolverhamptonWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00Pay rate: £8.91 P/HrWe are looking for a new member of staff to join our team in Wolverhampton, based at our Great Bear site.Role Description:The Booking clerk is responsible for the timely and efficient recording and communicatioons of booking in with customers, maintaining high levels of customer service.In addition the booking clerk is responisnble for ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a timely and proffesion manner, investors in excellence initiative by examining internal and external processes with a view to driving improvment throughout thebuisness, ensuring all ISO requirements are fully satisfied and other administrative tasks as determined by the local planning team.Competence Requirements:
