Job Description

Brammer Buck & Hickman is Europes leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services, including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, and PPE.We are busier than ever helping to keep the wheels of industry turning and we have an exciting opportunity to join our product specialist team in Wolverhampton. This opportunity will give you your first step to getting yourself noticed in a fast moving,fast growing dynamic business.As part of our product specialist team, you will play a pivotal part of the team, its support function and its success so get ready to be in demand. We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as wellas working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers. This exciting role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and will be operated on a hybrid working arrangement of both home and office based working at our National Distribution Centre in Wolverhampton.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Product & Network Support Manager you will be required to Provide support to branches, sales teams, category teams & customers.You will be required to:

  • Contact Suppliers & Branches
  • Amend orders accordingly
  • Update the system with relevant price changes & part number amendments
  • Open accounts & carry out the relevant checks
  • Authorise necessary payments
  • Liaise with accounts & other supporting teams
  • Revalidate part numbers

  • MRO and/or Tools knowledge - not essential but would be advantageous
