Fed up of the same projects cropping up Perhaps your role has turned a bit "business as usual" and you’d love to work on a new build.A successful SaaS company, with an advanced system processing millions of transactions per day, every day, are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join their team. They are market-leading. Every job ad says that and it’s usually just chucked around with no meaning, but I’m going to back that statement up.4 of the 7 biggest companies/contractors in their industry use their Software solutions, they also sell directly to smaller organisations too. Now, that’s a serious market share. So, into the technical stuff. One of their solutions needs a revamp. They’ve recognised this and in order to increase their solution functionality, capability and to increase their market share even further, they want to rebuild it. This time to be scalable, using a modern tech stack, modern approaches, and the future in mind.Who doesn’t love a greenfield project, rightWhilst most of the roadmap includes building out this new solution, there will be some work on existing solutions such as building better API’s in .net core. With that in mind, most of your time (around 50%+) will be developing new features, the rest would be building out API’s, bug fixes, proof of concepts, and spending time on self-learning.Self-Learning on the job You heard it.They encourage developers to spend 10-20% of their time on self-learning and brushing up on existing, or learning new, technical skills. You’ll get a Pluralsight license with all the resources you need. They’re always looking for ways to increase the features and capability of their platforms. So, if you’ve got an idea, the chances are they’ll run with it!As far as technical skills go, you’ll have plenty of C#, .net core, and ideally know your way around React or Angular. They’ve been maturing in their approaches around Agile and TDD, so you’ll ideally be used to operating in these types of environments.Any experience with AWS and SOLID design principles would be advantageous but not by no means essential.Your package will include a competitive salary, annual bonus, private healthcare, and life insurance.Youll be based from home most of the week but youll need to go in for team meetings including sprint planning, no more than 1 day per week most weeks, and 2 days every now and then. With this in mind, youll need to be based a sensible distance from Woking and have no objections to being in the office when required. They did not furlough or make any cuts through the pandemic, in fact, they actually won new customers!Want to find out more about this ambitious SaaS company Click apply.Everyone will get a response.
