Recruitment & Operations Coordinator£30,000 per annum + great benefits40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 daysOffice Based in Woking, SurreyOff To Workis looking for their nextRecruitment and Operations Coordinator!We place amazing people in amazing places, and we need help to make that happen!Working within this close-knit team, youwillprovide support in every operational aspect of the department. ARecruitment and Operations Coordinatorensures that all shifts are fully staffed with an appropriate team and that client expectationsare exceeded.You will learn to successfully manage and develop a client base and become a hiring pro! We are constantly looking out for talent, so advert writing, interviewing and onboarding will become second nature for our nextRecruitment and Operations Coordinator!You will maintain and develop excellent relationships with the casual team, to profileand matchcandidates toour client’s requirements. OurRecruitment and Operations Coordinatorwill be very much involved in staff engagement, development,welfareand retention.Minimum requirements
  • Experience in events, customer service, hospitality or direct recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English
  • Confident phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • There will be a requirement to work longer hours and weekend work and you’ll be required to be on-call with the operations mobile on a rotating schedule - time in lieu.
