Job Description

Location:- Woking or CirencesterSalary: £80k bonus £20k (paid quarterly)Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high level Pre-Sales Consultancy to create sales opportunity
  • To provide technical validation and or Bill of Materials assurance to the Sales teams .
  • Product implementation and Integration
  • Solution Development
  • Solution Implementation and Integration
  • Technically qualify sales opportunities
  • Assist in technical Partner enablement by providing Partner facing product knowledge transfer
  • Primary function to provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales team and customers
  • To respond to initial requests from Sales Team / Customer for assistance with Product / Solution installation
  • To understand the customer requirement and propose a method for install
  • To Ensure plan of action is documented and agreed with Customer prior to attending site
  • Where appropriate to assist the customer with POC
  • To ensure that following any installation all actions are confirmed with the customer and that any follow up issues are logged, documented and handed over to the support team if relevant.
  • Where accreditations allow provide Vendor Accredited training as required
  • To act as "coach" to the Senior Partner Support Engineers in order to bring them up to speed in a timely manor
  • If required, to act as backup to the Senior Partner Support Engineers, Solutions Engineers and Architect teams.

  • Up to date with current threats and security concerns facing businesses
  • Industry recognised advanced level certifications in the relevant fields
  • Exposure to and understanding of IP Networking, client / server communication in Windows and Linux
  • Ability to articulate & present a clear technical message to all levels of customer & internal resource
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload accordingly
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Experience with supporting any of our existing Vendor solutions
  • Accreditations / Certifications within any of our vendor solutions or competing products.
