Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity to support the full project implementation of their new HR System/ HRIS (Access API) across their Group. This expanding UK wide services organisation. It is a great time to join as they are going through significant growth.The role is a long-term contract, managing the implementation project from start to finish. This is a key role acting as the subject matter expert for this HRIS implementation. Other aspects of the role include

  • •Create a project plan including; module implementation, budgets/ expenditure, roll out plans and mapping
  • •Identifying key stakeholders and rolling out the communication/project plans.
  • •Oversee data cleansing / transference of data to the new system
  • •Designing and delivering the training plan for users throughout the business
  • •Produce and present update reports
    • Qualifications and experience
  • •Strong HRIS implementation project experience (proven experience of running an HRIS implementation project from start to finish)
  • •Experience of using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • •Access API (ODATA & SOAP) knowledge
  • •Knowledge of SAP Access standard integrations
  • •Experience of module implementations/ API configurations (HR and Payroll module)
  • •Understanding of architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
  • •Proven relationship building / stakeholder management skills
