Job Description

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a French and Spanish-speaking Credit Controller to be part of an international IT organisation on a 4-month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of accounts within Europe.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the sales ledger for the French, Spanish and Benelux ledgers
  • Dealing with a high volume of invoices and credit/debit notes
  • Setting up new accounts for debtors
  • Collecting debts via telephone, email and fax
About you:The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or debt collection. This position requires you to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and you must be able to multi-task as youwill be managing various tasks. You will be working closely with the finance team and must be able to build positive relationships with key clients in your assigned regions, so it is therefore essential for you to have great communication and organisationalskills.Profile:
  • Required to be fully fluent in French and English, and Spanish intermediate level
  • Previous experience in credit control, debt collection or accounts receivable roles
  • Previous skills in arranging settlements, debit notes and invoices
  • Excellent IT skills in Excel
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Great attention to detail
