Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day.PurposeThe role will be part of a brand-new digital team, undertaking projects covering mobile applications, websites, data systems, CRM systems and various new innovative and challenging tasks within the organisation.The aim of the role is to strengthen and grow MEIS brands influence online through the engagement and education of B2B and B2C customers / end users and stakeholders globally re the benefits, purpose, and importance of MEIS and Fernox products. To establishthe brands and companies as global thought leaders of innovation and service in their respective industries.The role of the Digital Executive will encompass all areas of digital activity and new technologies, including website content administration, social media creation, planning and execution, email marketing, e-commerce, search engine optimisation, search& social advertising, and e -community management.Responsibilities:
  • Contribute and help oversee all aspects of MEIS digital strategy including the new globally available mobile application projects, new refreshed multi-lingual websites, and data distribution to global customers
  • Create and distribute guide documents, webinars, and demo videos to inform key internal and external stakeholders of our new digital offerings such as mobile application water testing, loyalty clubs, websites, data platforms and more
  • Present to key internal and external stakeholders, both digitally and in-person on our latest digital product and services
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry to gain competitive advantage
  • Evaluate Google analytics to identify ways of improving website traffic and user appeal to target audiences
  • Develop and monitor social campaign budgets and content via Loomly
  • Work with the Digital Manager and other members of the MEIS Digital and Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and optimise visibility of the brand in developing markets.
  • Create and send routine email marketing campaigns to external customers
  • Assist in the management of social media platforms to increase statistics of the Fernox and MEIS brands and business product ranges
Experience and Knowledge
  • Min 3 years of experience in communication
  • Experience establishing/supporting digital strategies
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Knowledge of WebPress would be a plus
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
