Job Description

Credit Controller - £27,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Benefits - Surrey (hybrid working)Clarum Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading US listed business, who seek to recruit a Credit Controller for their finance team. Our client is highly reputable within their sector providing innovative solutions globally. If you are seeking an opportunitywith a business that invest in their people, provide continuous L&D support, flexible working, working with a supportive leadership team, then please take a look at this latest opportunity.Our client has a customer base globally and your role as the Credit Controller, will be responsible for the management of credit limits, customer balances, the collection of cash, and ensuring that receipts are properly recorded in the accounting systems ona timely basis. This is a fantastic role working within an established finance based in Surrey.Your new role will include the following responsibilities :-

  • Manage all cash receipts & ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting systems
  • Cash collection and ensure invoices are paid within agreed terms.
  • Resolve customer queries prior to payment due date and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Assist the General Ledger team to agree intercompany receivable balances
  • Ensure compliance with the company accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control requirements
  • Prepare monthly Trade Debtor balance sheet reconciliations and reports
  • Run credit reports and assist with management of masterfiles
