Job Description

Android Developer (Android Development, Kotlin, Java, MS Azure) Woking, £50-65k plus benefitsSkills:

  • Android Material design guidelines
  • Android framework eg Android Architecture Components
  • Knowledge of building scalable code using dependency injection
  • Building complex Android applications using the latest design patterns (MVP, MVVM)
  • Web Service Data Formats, architectural styles and authentication schemes
  • Junit, Mockito and Espresso
  • Gradle and Android Studio process
  • Developing applications in Kotlin
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Interest in learning new skills
  • Strong team player as well as taking ownership
  • Specialists in your field of expertise
    • The Role:
  • Working within a mature agile environment and established cross functional scrum team
  • Working on new and interesting development projects with leading edge technology
  • Android development with the opportunity to get involved in .NET & Devops.
  • Each team works on all aspects of delivery for the project from initial requirements through to working shippable software and you will be required to contribute to all stages of the development process
  • The team are responsible for design, architecture and writing code for all areas of the product whether that be front end, server side, database or deployment and build infrastructure.
