Job Description

Key Account Representative (Field Sales)

  • Annual Salary: £25,989 plus 10% Performance Related Bonus
  • Location: Wandsworth
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Must have a valid UK manual driving licence.
My client is looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for sales and a desire to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.Day to Day of the role:
  • Maximise brand awareness and sales opportunities within stores, leveraging sales data to influence in-store purchases.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key retail decision-makers, including department and store managers.
  • Assist with inventory management to address supply chain issues and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Educate store staff on existing and new products to enhance their knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure the availability of products across all stores within your designated territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is highly regarded, but motivated individuals from other sectors are welcome to apply.
  • A passion for marketing and the drive to achieve success.
  • Must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to travel within a defined territory.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
