Job Description

Account Coordinator / Project Administrator - Digital Marketing - Woking, Surrey - £23k - £27k (DoE)We are currently on the look out for an Account Coordinator, Project Administrator or strong Administrator to join an exciting and fast-growing digital media agency based in Surrey.Our client is the UK market-leader in their field and they work with some of the worlds largest and most successful companies.They are looking for a focused, enthusiastic, motivated and eagerindividual to join their dynamic team.Were not necessarily looking for someone with digital marketing experience, but we are looking for someone with impeccable organisational and communications skills (written and spoken), excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong written skills,enthusiasm for liaising with clients and the desire and aptitude to learn and develop your skills.You will be working in the Account Management team and reporting to the Consultancy Director, helping with the support of clients and their solutions across Video, SEO, research, analytics, PPC, websites and social media.Being the first point of contact for many of their market leading FTSE clients, you will build relationships, providing key information promptly and accurately.You will work closely with project managers, helping them to manage accounts ranging from £25k to £200k.Your exceptional organisational skills, confident communication skills and keen eye for detail and accuracy will allow you to excel in this role.This is an ideal role to develop into a Digital Marketing Project Manager or Account Manager.What were looking for:

  • Previous experience in a project administration / account coordinator role is highly desirable
  • Highly organised and accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication skills and excellent written English skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Ability to take minutes in meetings and produce reports and documentation
  • Enthusiastic, positive nature
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Proactive team player
  • Interest in technology, data and marketing is advantageous
