Job Description

Domus and I are on the look out for a strong Registered Manager with a bubbly personality to join our clients service in Hull. The Registered Manager will be responsible for two registered services that are connected.In this townhouse service set-up with strong CQC ratings, the accommodation has been split into self-contained flats for those that this fantastic provider supports.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of these services and ensuring the best possible quality of care is delivered at all times.Key Responsibilities of a Dual Site Registered Manager:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the line manager for the service.
  • Liaise with the provider ensuring all necessary reports are sent on time.
  • Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture.
  • Develop and communicate strategic plans for the service.
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Evaluation of the providers goals and quality objectives
Dual Site Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Bubbly or lively personality
  • Experience working with LD/Autism
  • Previous experience of managing a residential or supported living service.
  • Having previously been registered is essential
