Job Description

Position: SchedulerLocation: Wirral - £33,705Building careers UK are currently working alongside an Social Housing Company in the North West. They are currently recruiting for a Temporary Scheduler to join their team in the Wirral area.They are looking for a highly motivated candidate with previous experience in Responsive Damp and Mould to join the team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and organize maintenance or construction works to meet client targets with a 99.5% appointment success rate.
  • Address inquiries, modify work arrangements dynamically, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist managers in workload assessment, determining priorities, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor work completion and accuracy via the in-house system.
  • Keep records up-to-date, especially in compliance.
  • Maintain positive communication for operational staff.
Qualifications:
  • Proven scheduling or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations.
