Job Description

This position requires a dedicated HR Manager with experience in the Not For Profit sector, capable of enhancing our Human Resources department while ensuring the well-being of our employees.Client DetailsThe organisation is a well-respected nursing home in the heart of Wirral, committed to providing top-tier care for its residents. With a workforce of over 100 dedicated employees, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisations overall strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits for employees.
ProfileA successful HR Manager should have:
  • CIPD L5 +.
  • Proven working experience in the Not For Profit sector as an HR manager
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee law and HR best practices.
Job Offer
  • Salary £40,000.
