Job Description

You will be required to work on void and tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.A successful candidate will:

  • A well established amount of experience as a Gas Engineer
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • ACS Certificates & Appliances
Multi Skills Desired but not essential, these can include:
  • Plastering
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Painting
  • Basic Electrics
  • Painting and decorating
What youll be completing:
  • Reactive maintenance on existing properties in the North West Areas.
  • Working on void and tenanted properties
  • Driving a company van that is provided
  • Using a PDA system
