We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our growing team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all e-commerce activities across our brands. This includes day to day website activities,product management, UX/UI improvement, developing and implementing our online sales strategies to drive growth in online sales.The roles aims to increase online revenue and improve the customer experience in line with our organisational goals.Duties:- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth- Manage and optimise our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with the Digital Marketing Manager for SEO/SEM implementation- Take ownership of adding products and managing categories on the ERP/PIM and Magento platforms.- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion on the e-commerce platform- Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends, ensuring brands maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce landscapeSkills:- Previous experiece as an E-commerce Manager or similar role- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Magento platform experience is essential) and technologies- Proven capability in managing e-commerce sites effectively, optimising for performance, user experience and sales conversion.- Solid understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.- Proficiency in traffic analysis, reporting tools and sales journey optimisation- Proficiency in executing promotional campaigns and offers across the website and other digital platforms- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar to provide actionable insights.-Basic understanding of web development languages likes HTML/CSS, allowing better communication with development teams.- Experience in SQL is desired.We offer:- Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm- 29 days holiday-Life assurance-Pension-Free parking- On going support and training- Flexible working both in the office in The Wirral or from homeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
