Digital Marketing ExecutiveOnsite - Wirral£25,000 - £35,000We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to fill a thrilling position at our recently established Head Office in Bromborough. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of digitalmarketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, in-house systems, CRM, and other e-commerce tools.Your collaboration with our Commercial Team will be essential in ensuring the timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaigns that meet performance objectives. The preferred candidate will possess a solid grasp of digital marketing channels, prior experiencein-house or with external agencies, and a keen eagerness to expand their expertise in this domain.Job Summary:We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to become a valuable member of our team. This role involves supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, in-housesystems, CRM, and other e-commerce tools. Your close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders will ensure that campaigns are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with performance goals. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understandingof digital marketing channels, experience working in-house or with external agencies, and a strong desire to learn and progress in this field.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to devise and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Work alongside divisional account teams and other internal units to ensure coherence between marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing personas and buyer journeys to guide campaign planning and messaging.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEMRush, email, and content marketing, as well as in-house systems, CRM, and other e-commerce tools.
  • Participate in content creation and scheduling for social media and email marketing, utilizing platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and/or Mailchimp.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and/or Tableau.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign development and messaging.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and/or Campaign Monitor.
  • Support in organizing and managing digital marketing assets and files.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and/or Act-On.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools like chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalization engines to enhance response and engagement in campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with in-house systems, CRM, and other eCommerce tools to oversee campaigns, enhance overall digital marketing effectiveness, and contribute to website functionality improvement.
  • Implement strategies to boost website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the email marketing program, involving creating newsletters, automating campaigns, and evaluating the success of email initiatives.
  • Manage the companys social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and monitoring social media channels.
  • Collaborate with divisional account teams and internal units to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct SEO research and analysis using tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, and/or Google Search Console.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, traffic, and rankings.
  • Assist in crafting content marketing strategies and creating content to support SEO efforts.
  • Use marketing plans and Trello boards to manage campaigns and ensure timely task completion.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and tools, providing recommendations for innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns, addressing ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Foster collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and collective effort toward common goals.
