• Pay rate £27456 per annum based on 48-hour contract
• Luxury residential care home for the elderly in Ferndown
• 48 hours per week permanent contract + overtime available

Communal spaces overlook beautifully landscaped gardens, that are brimming with gorgeous greenery and vibrant flowers,providing a sense of peace and tranquillity for our residents to enjoy. Residents also have full use of our on-site hair salon.Nothing is ever too much trouble for us when it comes to their care and comfort of their residents and they always go the extra mile to help residents safely maintain their lifestyle and independence.The ideal Care Team Leader will have bags of passion while always considering the residents choices, their views and respecting their independence.As a Care Team Leader on days your duties will include:

• To be part of the planning and management team of the highest level of care
• Taking a role alongside the Home Manager and senior team to deliver supervision excellence
• Duties can include personal Care, moving and handing, infection control, safeguarding, first aid and DOLS and administering medication.
• Point of liaison for medical professionals and the residents families

What are we looking for in aCare Team LeaderFor this role, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or NVQ 3 Care Assistant and is now keen to learn more and develop their career.As a Care Team Leader ideally you will have NVQ 3 Health & Social Care or equivalentOur clients expect and look for qualities of an individuals character - areas like:
