Job Description

Sales AdministratorWinsford - £24,000-£26,000This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the sales team in a fast growing, successful energy company. My client specialises in providing eco-friendly and sustainable technology such as heat pumps and wall insulation to low income,fuel poor and vulnerable households with the goal in mind to reach net zero emissions by 2050.THE ROLEThis is a busy role and so will suit someone who is a good multitasker and is used to working in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Administrator will be treated as one of the sales team, full sales training will be given.In your role as a Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will be:

  • Reporting and working with/assisting the National Sales Manager
  • Checking Lead flow and issue
  • Contacting all Salespeople 1st thing to ensure lead receipt
  • Monitoring daily sales metrics
  • Creating and Monitoring Sales Performance Table
  • Creating Sales Teams Account and posting sales performanceleague table
  • Receiving and processing orders.
  • Checking accuracy and survey requirements are completed
  • Notifying Operations of all orders & non-conformance from installations, logging and time tracking to ensure dealt with and rectified
  • Non-conformances to be reviewed for changes. training etc
  • Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
  • Customer Care Calls
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Completion call ensure satisfaction, gain Trustpilot Review
  • Take Final Payment
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Compiling/creating/saving customer file and emailing to the client
  • Create Presentation folder and post to client
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Processing all HR documentation and uploading
  • Compiling Sales Commission Statements
  • Checking Mileage and expenses claims
  • Liaising with Chief Commercial OfficerProduct/RRP changes
  • Monitoring Prices updating package accordingly
  • Booking Monthly Sales Meetings and invite guest speakers
  • Create agenda working with National Sales Manager
  • Organising Refreshments for sales meetings
  • Process documents for new Salespeople, formally invite them to the training course, create ID Badge, Order Workwear, book hotel if required.
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with our software.
  • Proficiency with MS365
  • Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
