Youll serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for any information required by the customer.Customer Account CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:- Assists external sales team on general enquiries as well as driving new project developments forward- Oversees and directs weekly follow up on all active projects and queries- Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills- Organized, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Proficiency with a ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)- Microsoft Suite product knowledge including Word, Excel, andPowerPointCustomer Account CoordinatorHow well support you:It all starts with an exceptional training program spanning classroom, online, and hands-on collaboration with other consultants.
