Job Description

Property AdministratorWinnersh TriangleUpto £32,000Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing business looking for a Property Administrator to join them in a really lovely building in Reading.A genuinely exciting time to be joining the business, this role would suit a cheerful and flexible individual with experience of facilities / property management or finance / accounts.Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the central point of dedicated contact and liaison for the Facilities Management team
  • Raise and issue Purchase Orders and code invoices for payment
  • Support credit control activity - liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support service charge budget, quarterly variance, reconciliation and CIS reporting exercises in order to achieve client KPI’s
  • Check and confirm fee raising schedules (rent / service charge / utilities recharges) and for non-recoverable void costs (to include Business Rates) - liaising with clients and internal Finance teams
  • Responding to all general website, email and telephone queries on behalf of the team
  • Maintain and update core system spreadsheets and databases
  • Coordinate data collection and information gathering exercises (data to be used in future projects and reports)
  • Update and amend weekly, monthly reports, trackers and schedules
  • Attend contractor meetings as required and provide follow up details
  • Support preparation of client reports and submissions
  • Produce all correspondence, documents and presentations to agreed deadlines
  • Dealing appropriately with mail, contracts and urgent messages, items for signature and confidential information - ensuring all is appropriately electronically stored
  • Reproducing / filing documents when required
  • Managing expenses
Really varied role and we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role within facilities / property management or finance and accounts previously. Any experience of using property financial admin/transaction systems (eg. Tramps, CAFM, Yardi,Horizon, QUBE etc) would be an advantage.If you feel you can provide a professional and efficient administration support service, along with excellent client care with a focus on financial management aspects too, then apply now!
