Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a temporary Sales Advisor for one of the largest and longest established firms of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Property Specialists and Letting Agents in the South West.Scope of the role As a Property Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the sale of the 12 remaining properties on site. You may be required to actively attract new visitors through marketing activities, set up show homes and handle the sales of new properties. Key Responsibilities:* Setting up and maintaining sales suites and on-site show homes* Attracting visitors to developments by means of marketing activities, such as leaflet drops or open house events* Handling enquiries from prospective buyers* Complying with on-site health and safety requirements* Liaising with financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents* Progressing and securing sales* Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available homes* Producing sales progress reports* Delivering exceptional customer service.* Learning and understanding the upgrades available to customer and upselling these where applicable.Experience Required:* Previous experience in the same or a similar role * Upsell to customers where applicable* Excellent customer service skills* Persistence and determination* Ability to work well with others* Ability to use your initiative* Be thorough and pay attention to detail.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please contact Acorn on or email Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
