Job Description

Were seeking a top-level Personal Assistant to join our small, but energetic, group of professionals. The ideal candidate will be smart, quick-thinking and committed to his or her clients success. This position requires both task management and outreachto ensure that all administrative tasks are completed prior to the end of the month. The Personal Assistant may also be required to conduct extensive personal business for their executive clients, so the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate anability to handle sensitive details and relationships with confidence.You would need to:

  • Hold a full Hong Kong or UK driving licence.
  • Be a native speaker of Mandarin or Cantonese. Priority will be given to candidates who speaks BOTH Mandarin AND Cantonese.
  • Be able to legally work in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate letter and correspondence from English into Chinese and vice versa.
  • Provide a broad range of administrative and secretarial services for a high-level executive.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Handle routine information requests.
  • Handle confidential information skillfully.
  • Perform account reconciliations and other accounting duties as assigned.
  • Open, sort, and route incoming correspondence.
  • Organise the Directors schedule and establish contact between the Director and clients, vendors, and other parties.
  • Make travel arrangements for the Director.
  • Track expenses and relevant legal paperwork associated with the Directors travel.
  • Collect, review, evaluate, and maintain financial records.
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary package: £26,000-£47,000 per annum.
