We are committed to revolutionising the group travel industry through digital innovation, providing superior customer satisfaction and creating memorable, personalised,shared escapism.Over our 3 brands, we design original, exclusive UK breaks and upscale European river cruises that promote the out-of-the-ordinary - hand-picked iconic or unusual venues and immersive experiences, paired with quality-approved accommodation and travel.The Operations / Delivery Coordinator Role:+ Dealing with guests special requests (dietary and mobility)+ Managing the booking of each of our programmes including signing contracts, sales tracking and cancellations+ Building relationships with known and new partners to consistently improve our customer experience+ Supporting our hotel and experience partners with inventory management (e.g. prompt room releases)+ Ensuring the safety protocols of our hotel and experience partners are communicated to our tour operator clients+ Preparing tour packsAbout you:We are looking for a curious and open-minded individual to join us.
