We are working with a client who are taking the temporary accommodation sector by storm and are looking to add to their team. We are looking for a lettings manager who is local to the Windsor area, who isn’t afraid of being on camera and utilizing technology in order to build a presence locally and socially.The ideal candidate will want to work with prime and super-prime property and want to make use of video and social media to build a personal brand and also help the company expand their brand as well.You will currently be working at Assistant Lettings Manager level or above and you will be looking to take your career to the next step. You will have a solid understanding of the lettings industry and you will take an interest in the temporary stay market or be interested in learning more about it.In return, you will be supported with a professional photographer and videographer who will help you create outstanding content to advertise your properties, a competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission structure. You will earn circa £45k on target in your first year and progress to a six-figure on target salary by year 3.
