We are currently recruiting a Team Leader to supervise an existing Repairs & Maintenance team. You will manage the Maintenance Operatives on a day to day basis. The role will involve travelling across a large geographical portfolio on a daily/weekly basis to ensure that everything is running smoothly at each site.You will also carry out hands on Maintenance Operative duties yourself for approx. 20hrs per week so multi trades experience is desired.You will communicate and liaise with other Maintenance Operatives, Head Office staff, Line Manager, sub-contractors and possibly local authority staff.We are looking for someone with previous residential property maintenance experience and who has also been in a supervisory role.Full driving license is essential Required skills
