My client is a market-leading FMCG business based in Swansea, specialising in own-brand rice and grain products.The business has enjoyed significant growth in recent years which has been facilitated by increased customer demand, continued diversification of their product range and ongoing investment from their parent company.With over 350 employees across our sites, they are committed to recruiting talented and driven professionals to join the business on its impressive growth journey.Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint several roles in various departments to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast developing and expanding market leading organisation.Some detail on the available roles:

Filling Machine Operative - £13.90 + 12% Shift (Salary Equivalent £34,000.51) - Operate the factory automation machinery in the filling hall safely and in line with company processes to ensure the effective and consistent manufacturing of the product.
Preparation Operative - £12.27 + 12% Shift (Salary Equivalent £30,013.40) - Ensure all the relevant ingredients are combined and mixed appropriately in line with company processes such as allergen control and segregation
Retort Operative - £11.04 + 12% Shift (Salary Equivalent £27,004.72) - Responsible for loading and unloading our product into the retort system in an efficient and safe manner
General Production Operative - £9.50 + 12% Shift (Salary Equivalent £23,237.76) - Ensuring our product is manufactured and packed safely and efficiently.
