Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team at Alexander House Care Community. The person in this role will be responsible for the overall management within the community. Managers will lead and be responsible for person centred care, the financialbudget, management and leadership of staff including training to ensure all staff are aware of and understand the expectations set by the company and standards required from CQC.The Registered Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the home and will ensure that the community adheres to the standards set by the company and CQC in a way that is:

  • Management
Managers are expected to manage the staff team and work rotas to ensure the safe and correct level of team members to run the community safely. Managers are responsible for planning ahead to create a staff team that are known to each other as well as thecommunity members, and wherever possible managers will avoid the use of agency staff.Benefits

Essential
  • Completed or Working Towards Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Qualification
  • Safeguarding Lead Level 4
  • Management/Leadership qualification. Experience of leading a team and able to lead by example/model the Way
  • Good level of communication
  • Courteous and professional
  • Desirable
  • Ability to create, use spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and good typing skills.
  • Experience in working with booking systems.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Understanding of financial data
  • Management of budget
Full-time - PermanentSW19, London£40,000 - £45,000 per year
