Role: Area Sales Manager / Account Manager / Business Development ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £38-45k Basic plus car plus up to 30% bonus plus bensWe are recruiting a professional sales individual within the building supplies sector. The role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real name for yourself within the company. As an area Sales manager you will have a sales background within the construction supplies sector and any previous experience in a similar role will be hugely beneficial.You will mainly be selling into the large Main and Sub Contractors, Dryliners, Ceiling Installers, Wall & Flooring Installers. Building relations with people at all levels including the senior buyers from within the larger contractors. Previous experience in selling to this market would be beneficial however if you have sold construction supplies in the past this will still be of interest!This is a fantastic role for a well respected company within the industry - If you have a strong sales drive with experience within the construction supplies sector then please apply now!You will inherit a portfolio of c. 100 customers with an annual spend of £8-10m.It is a busy busy role. We are looking for someone specifically from the industry - be it for a manufacturer, a distributor or a builders merchant. In return you will receive a very healthy re-numeration package.
