You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme with the aims of improving digital presence on a global scale, transforming the business,and preparing for the future. You will have the ability and desire to work as part of a collaborative team possessing a background in the development of customer journeys and service blueprints. You will need enthusiasm and drive, with proven experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to think on your feet, be self-reliant, with a positive attitude; constantly striving to bring the customer thought process to life.UX Designer - Experience Designer Responsibilities & Tasks: - Take an outside in design approach i.e., think what this needs to look like from an end / user customer perspective.- Use design tools to create concept sketches, user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications.- Link the development of conceptual ideas into concrete designs in line with a brands identity and business strategy.- Provide a clear vision for improving design processes and explaining and presenting design decisions to service designers business owners and stakeholders.- Consider existing applications and evaluating their UX effectiveness.- Consider the human-computer interaction element of a design.- Define interaction models, user task flows and user interface specs.- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to colleagues.- Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications.- Run user testing of applications, software, and websites.Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP47,000 incremental salary, enhanced pension scheme, 25 days holiday, death in service, free parking, flexible working, online benefits, and additional benefits to be discussed.CX Designer/UX Designer/UI Designer/Content Designer/Customer Journey Design/Experience Designer/Customer Experience Designer/Product Designer/Visual Designer/User Experience Designer/Interaction Designer/Digital Experience Designer/Service and Product Designer/DigitalInteraction Designer/UX Visual Designer/Visual Communication Designer/User Interface Designer/UX Product Designer/Product Experience Designer/Service Designer
