Key Duties
  • As Senior Digital Design Manager drive change and ensuring key business objectives are achieved and implemented globally.
  • Design and lead world-class services that blend digital, physical and human interactions across multiple touch points
  • Drive and design the future of customer Loyalty at detailed and strategic levels
  • Develop the overall service design, including customer experience/ customer journeys

Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing business service design
  • As Senior Digital Design Manager youre familiar with technology in the sphere of loyalty and customer Interaction
  • Knowledge of service blueprints, workshop facilitation and customer journeys
  • Able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Work well both independently and with your team, and are comfortable managing high performance teams
