Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this established multi Academy Trust for the recruitment of a Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinator to join their central HR team.Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be an experienced individual who is confident managing the whole payroll cycle. You will work with the Trusts third party payroll provider to deliver an effective service to 1200 Trust employees. You will have a thoroughunderstanding of tax, national insurance, pensions and taxable benefits, partnering with the HR function to continually strive to develop systems and processes. Experience of i-Trent is desirable.The successful candidate will be Level 3 qualified in payroll or equivalent, be experienced in using a web based payroll system and possess advanced Excel skills. You will be diligent in investigating queries and data to ensure any issues are resolved andbe calm under pressure.Situated in one of their schools, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, possess meticulous attention to detail and thrives in working within a collaborative environment.
