Our client has gone through astronomical growth over the last few years and arenow looking for two new members to join the team."We work alongside businesses to make the process of finding the right workspace altogether easier and more straight forward."You will be a confident, customer oriented professional who is comfortable holding business conversations on the phone and via email.We are keen to speak to anyone who has experience of sales, customer service and account management and is looking for a customer focussed role.Responsibilities: Taking ownership of clients; qualifying new leads, identifying business requirements and recommending solutions. Arranging tours for relevant options and negotiating terms on your clients behalf, to ultimately result in your client taking a new workspace (placement / deal). Accurately recording feedback; ensuring any feedback from clients on Officio and our workspace providers is accurately recorded; this is critical to measuring your success and maintaining our key provider relationships. Promoting Officio as the go to for workspace requirements and building relationships with your clients so that they know where to come when they need a workspace.Experience:In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience: A natural people person, you must be confident in your telephone manner, and be able to build relationships with customers on all levels. Experience in a B2B customer management role, ideally telephone based. Excellent grammatical and written English with the ability to communicate across email, social media (Linkedin) and phone. Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced sales environment.
