Job Description

Account ManagerSeeking an experience Account Manager to join an established team based in Tamworth.As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.You should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientatedUltimately, you should be able to grow their business by building successful, long-term customer relationships.The role is office based. You will receive full product training.Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Overcome objections and provide solutions to customers
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Inventory Management for portfolio of accounts
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales environment and have the ability to deliver excellent customer service . You will have strong relationship management and negotiation skills. An ability to answer customer enquiries and provide solutionsin a timely manner is also essential. You should have good business acumen with the ability to identify and solve problems. You should also possess excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail.
