Band 6 Public Health Practitioner- Universal teamThe Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire have a permanent full time vacancy in the Tamworth Universal team. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and forward thinking Health Visitor, who demonstrates commitment, drive and enthusiasm; who is willing to work towards the service vision and trust values. In return you will be professionally supported and empowered to deliver a child friendly service.The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire. You will be part of a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in a supportive skill mix team, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority.We are committed to supporting professional and personal development of our staff and have excellent training opportunities.
