This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop within the business and play a key part in shaping the future of ALDI globally. You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme, working to build and also deliver outstanding training experiences to colleagues. The team, of which you will be an integral member, focusses on training across the Web, Mobile, CRM and Marketing streams.You will develop an excellent understanding of how the Organisation works and the sector it operates in, as you will be helping to shape the future of ALDI’s Customer Interaction global training approach. You will play a key role in communicating between technical teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, conveying how technology can support users in countries, and will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all training activity.The ideal candidate will have a strong and proven background in training material creation and end user delivery. You will have the ability to understand systems, build training materials and be comfortable driving success through delivering this training in an energetic and engaging manner to an audience of international users from a wide range of backgrounds. Experience in training on digital systems is desirable.You will need enthusiasm and drive, with experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to think on your feet, be self-reliant, and be a confident individual with a positive attitude, ready to design and deliver training to our colleagues.The role is UK based, but occasional travel to facilitate training and support solution adoption should be expected, mostly within Europe, but potentially further afield. Key responsibilities• Gaining a broad knowledge in CI Solutions, on which to build training content• Create engaging training content for a Global audience• Build training schedules and coordinate training activities across multiple countries• Pro-actively identify training opportunities and develop effective solutions• Liaise with international colleagues to set clear training expectations• Provide support during preparation, training and cutover activities• Collaborate with subject matter experts• Dissect technical user stories• Complete robust post-training evaluations in order to ensure that constant evolution is evident• Ensure training-relevant alignment between the product development, business and coordination team• Gaining a strong understanding of business benefits, and how countries should work on achieving these• Mentoring and coaching country teams• Creation of department-specific training and development plans for multiple country teams• Reporting on training activity• Engaging various teams with product and concept launches• Maintenance of all project documentation to ensure accuracy at all times eg. JIRA/ConfluenceKey requirements:• Training / Learning and Development employment experience• Strong experience of designing and delivering training materials to a wide audience• Confident with executing training courses to both UK-based and international stakeholders• Strong levels of business writing skills, in order to create clear and engaging documentation, which is understandable across international borders• Experience of designing and building e-learning material• Ability to quickly understand new software in depth• Excellent communication skills• Strong competence in Microsoft Office applications • Good communicator and facilitator of different types of sessions• Capability of building relationships at all levels• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment<br/
