Job Description

eCommerce Paid Search Assistant Tamworth£31,600Our client, an industry recognised and global retailer, has an exciting opportunity for a professional and analytical eCommerce Paid Search Assistant to join their expanding team.Our client launched eCommerce in 2016 and the successful eCommerce Paid Search Assistant will need to drive revenue through the following Paid Marketing channels, Google Shopping, Google Adwords and Bing Ads in order to support and increase growth within the sectorDuties of the eCommerce Paid Search Assistant will include:

  • Managing the day to day bidding on all promotions and Wine products within Google Shopping, Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • Building weekly PPC campaigns including the writing of ad copy
  • Budget planning and performance monitoring
  • Optimising performance of all 3 channels
  • Providing insight to Buying and Merchandising teams on product search volumes and likely sell-through
  • Collaborating with marketing colleagues to maximise the efficiency of budgets
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis - creating insight that drives change
    • The successful eCommerce Paid Search Assistant will possess:
  • Educated to degree level would be desirable
  • Educated to A-Levels, equivalent or above
  • At least two years’ experience within an online retail environment
  • Strong experience of using Google Shopping, Google Adwords or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in working with and analysing large data sets
  • Numerical and statistical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • A good working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
