My client is a growing provider of outsourced motor claims solutions based in the North West of England .They are looking to recruit a skilled Repair Network Performance Executive to join their fast growing team.The role will involve building and managing the relationship with all repair partners (covering body shops, other repairers, salvage and recovery agents etc) and ensuring they are providing to an optimum level at all times thus ensuring my client is alsodelivering best in class service.You will conduct at least four performance reviews per year on each repairer, a mixture of both on site reviews as well as remote reviews, and performance meetings held at Head Office.
