Customer Retention ExecutiveLocation: MorleySalary: £20,000 to £25,000 (DOE) with bonus/profit shareWe are working with an established utilities business, situated within West Yorkshire. They cater to individuals throughout the UK and whose mission is simply to help homeowners cut costs on their energy bills.They offer a variety of renewable energy solutions and a cost-effective service which delivers maximum efficiency. They are now looking for a Customer Retention Executive to join the team and ensure that the business are meeting and exceeding the expectations of all their clients.It is a hybrid role that also involves elements of recruitment to grow the team further and any candidates with this background and an interest in HR would be of interest.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys variety in a role and is looking for a company with room to progress.This person will thrive on retaining existing business through negotiation/reselling opportunities and be proactive in constantly reviewing and implementing best practice strategies and techniques to give the business the best possible outcomes.The candidate must be extremely hard working and driven.
