If you are constantly questioning things, curious about user problems and love testing - then read on! We are looking for someone to help us improve user journeys on our websites and find better ways to do things. You will be working across all websites in our group, aiming to improve the user journey and ultimately generate more conversions. You will have a strong understanding of analytics and what the numbers mean for a business. You will be comfortable working with marketing teams across each of the group companies. We are looking for someone with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and who is constantly looking at how we can do better. The Role * Working alongside our digital team and wider group marketing teams to define the customer journey across all group websites * Create & implement a testing and optimization roadmap * Researching & identifying new opportunities to improve user journey & customer experience * Gathering customer feedback and putting findings into overall strategy * Working with our external web development teams, as well as our internal design team to create new experiences and push them live on our websites * Constantly monitoring all tests, interpreting the results and putting learnings into action What we need from you * A creative thinker with a positive can-do attitude * Passion to understand customer pain points and constantly questioning things * Experience using analytic tools, such as Google Analytics * Ability to use A/B testing tools, such as Google Optimize * Experience using tools to generate heatmaps & examine web traffic behaviour * Strong understanding of analytics and ability to report on what good looks like Preferred, but not essential * Microsoft Excel experience * Experience creating reports and dashboards with Google Data Studio * Project management experience * Experience with personalized marketing * Funnel marketing experience * Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously * Previous experience of working to targets and KPIs If you love putting forward new ideas and getting stuck into the data, then this is the role for you.
