Job Description

Excellent opportunity to progress your way up from Client Manager to Director level in the next 5 to 10 years. This firm has prospered significantly in the last decade on the same framework it was established in 1929,a framework based on strong technical abilities delivered with sound commercial understanding.Description

  • To manage a portfolio of around £500k
  • To be the point of contact for client liaison
  • Advise clients on areas of business improvement
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • To ensure accurate and timely billing and receipt
  • Ensure the team is on schedule with invoice raising and client fee payment. Liaise directly with client when necessary
  • Weekly updates with the wider business, monthly meetings as required/possible
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
  • Manage UK based accounting / admin staff as required
Profile
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Proven experience in general Accountancy Practice as a Client Manager
  • Technical ability of managing a portfolio
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop your own career
  • Interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ideally software knowledge of Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
  • Hunger to want to succeed and progress within the business
